Change of Mind Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our hair accessories, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect color choices.

Faulty or Damaged Items Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

• Please inspect your order upon reception.

• If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours at sprinkle.sk0@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the fault.

• We will assess the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Exclusions Wear and tear from regular use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
